It is a great masterpiece of nature having dreamlike scenery that combines blue lakes, waterfalls, snow-covered mountains, verdant forests and the folk customs of Tibetan and Qiang peoples. Legend has it that long ago the deity of mountain named Dago had the crush on the goddess Semo and he gave a mirror that was made through from cloud and wind to the goddess. On the other hand, the devil appeared and made difficulty to Semo. Unintentionally, Semo broke that mirror into 108 pieces, which fell down to the earth and afterwards turned to 108 colourful lakes. Fly Geyser is Located on a gated parcel of private property within the million-acre Black Rock Desert, Fly Geyser is not a normal fact. It was formed accidentally in 1964 from a geothermal test well inadequately capped. The scalding water has erupted from well as afterwards, leaving calcium carbonate deposits rising at the rate of several inches per year.
